Yeebia is an online marketplace dedicated to listing verified products and services such as jobs, automobile, apartments for sale and rent as well as general merchandise in a secure platform. Its major products categories include General Merchandise, Automobile, Real Estate and Verified Jobs.

We are recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 2 months


  • Oversee and supervise the activities of the support staff
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Review, compare, analyse and approve products and services to be purchased
  • Coordinate repairs of equipment and supervise maintenance technicians
  • Coordinate the use of company pool cars.

  • OND in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role


  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
