TSPThe SIK team comprises a skill pool of qualified and highly-experienced social scientists covering expertise in community health, grassroots social analysis and mobilization, human capacity and small-enterprise development, project design and Implementation, agro-allied value-chain development as well as environment and development management. Members of the SIK expert pool are deployed on a need-basis for various assignments that align with their specific professional profile and experience. The in-house SIK (office) team is comprised of 3 sustainable development professionals in a combination of the above sectoral areas.

The SIK team is led by Bolaji Ogunseye who is a senior social and sustainable development professional and administrator with about 30 yrs of Local and international experience. Ogunseye works on development policy analysis, programme and project design, monitoring, evaluation and practical strategies for project delivery at various levels. Before retirement, he worked with Shelter Afrique (agency of the African Development Bank – ADB), the International Institute for Environment & Development (IIED), UNDP and Shell Nigeria. He also served on secondment from Shell as the pioneer Executive Director/DEO of the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA). In 2009, he served as a Sub-Group Coordinator of the Central Working Group’s Sub-Committees on Employment and Education in Nigeria’s Vision 20: 2020 – as one of the 23-person Expert Group appointed by the Yar’Adua -Jonathan Government. He is a public affairs analyst and policy commentator in the print and electronic media, public speaker on development and governance issues, as well as an ex-member (External Advisor) on the Editorial Board of the Nigerian ‘Guardian’ newspaper. He is an international policy advisor for the Canada-Nigeria.
